1) Was 2006 a good year for you?
I think this year would be best described as "discordant." There were thrilling highs, but also gut-wrenching lows.
2) What was your favorite moment of the year?
As usual, I'm going to pick a few: The Plot, standing on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards, crossing the start line of the Honolulu Marathon.
3) What was your least favorite moment of the year?
That's a toss up between my trip to the emergency room, getting laid off, Curtis' funeral, and September.
4) Where were you when 2006 began?
Throwing a fondue party with Adri.
5) Who were you with?
Adri, and three men boys not worth mentioning.
6) Where will you be when 2006 ends?
Um, gee. Maybe I should think about that!
7) Who will you be with when 2006 ends?

8) Did you keep your new years resolution of 2006?
Still no resolutions, but I was very successful at meeting goals and crossing things off my 101 in 1001 list.
9) Do you have a new year's resolution for 2007?
I've set more goals for myself.
10) Did you fall in love in 2006?
No, but I sure as hell got catapulted out of it.

No, he certainly saw to that.

No, I really don't. I wouldn't do it again, but I don't regret the situation.
15) Did you breakup with anyone in 2006?
You could say that, yes.

Yes - I started a whole new job full of all new people.
17) Who are your favorite new friends?
I can't pick a favorite, I like them all!
18) What was your favorite month of 2006?
They all had their ups and downs, but December has been pretty good all around.
19) Did you travel outside of the US in 2006?
No, unfortunately.
20) How many different states did you travel to in 2006?
5 (Same as last year! Different states, though)
21) Did you lose anybody close to you in 2005?
Yes
22) Did you miss anybody in the past year?
Yes, terribly.
23) What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2006?
Surprisingly, I saw a lot of good movies this year. Little Miss Sunshine, Walk the Line, The Prestige, and Casino Royale all stand out in my memory.
24) What was your favorite song from 2006?

25) What was your favorite record from 2005?
Panic at the Disco, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out
26) Did you see any concerts this year?
Lots of Out From Underneath shows!

The private Ludacris show I went to totally kicked ass.
28) Did you drink a lot of alcohol in 2006?
Only on a couple of occasions ;-)

Only the prescription kind.
30) Did you hope for something you didn't get in 2006?
Yes, but that doesn't keep me from hoping.
31) Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year?
No, but a few people did things to me of which they should be ashamed.
32) What was the biggest lie you told in 2006?
"It's fine, really."
33) What was the worst lie someone told you?
I prefer not to revisit that.
34) Did you treat somebody badly in 2006?
No, although I was sorely tempted on several occasions.
35) Did somebody treat you badly in 2006?
Yes, several people.
36) How much money did you spend in 2006?
A lot, but on responsible things like dept repayment and car repairs.
37) What was your proudest moment of 2006?
Getting promoted at my new job in under 3 months.
38) What was your most embarrassing moment of 2006?
Fortunatley I haven't managed to embarass myself too badly this year.
39) If you could go back in time to any moment of 2006 and change something, what would it be?

I second Chana, let's thrive. I think you've found the official Theme of 2007. I also think you've come out of 06 with grace and fortitude. Which is pretty much what I would expect. Cuz you rock like that. Love ya!
